Yes. We accept both cash and medical aid for most dental treatments, and we can submit claims on your behalf at the practice. Please note that cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening and aesthetic treatments are generally not covered by medical aid — we will always confirm costs with you before we begin.

Most clients describe it as light scratching rather than pain. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure, and the area settles within a day or two. You will receive a full aftercare plan and a perfecting session at six weeks.

What is the aftercare for whitening or peels?

Accepted Answer

After whitening, avoid deeply pigmented food and drink — coffee, red wine, curries, berries — for 48 hours, and use a sensitivity toothpaste if needed. After a peel, keep the skin barrier calm: gentle cleanser, rich moisturiser, no active acids or retinol for a week, and broad-spectrum SPF every single day, reapplied every two hours.

How often should I have my teeth cleaned?

Every six months for most patients. If you smoke, wear braces, or have a history of gum disease, we may recommend a three to four month interval.

Do you offer payment plans for braces?

Yes — braces are payable over 24 months with an affordable monthly instalment agreed at your consultation. A deposit secures your placement date.

How long does a teeth whitening appointment take?

Plan for roughly 90 minutes in the chair. If you choose the all-inclusive option, your consultation and cleaning are done in the same visit.

Are IV drips safe?

Our infusions are administered by trained clinical staff after a health screening. We review your medical history, medications and allergies first, and we will decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
